Project name: 52 Lime street. Level 6, 7 and 8.

Project Details:
Fortuna MT were engaged by Race Interiors to complete ceilings and partitions for 3 levels of office fit out at 52 Lime street L6,7 and 8 for main contractor Parkeray and end client Chaucer Group.
The scope for Fortuna MT included 1,300 sqm walls installed with a high acoustic rating as well as 2,850 sqm of ceilings different types, including plasterboard ceilings, SAS ceilings, grid ceilings, acoustic ceilings, and Autex ceilings.

What Went Well:
A collaborative approach was taken with Parkeray, with the programme being delivered on time, as well as having minimal defects.
As a result, Parkeray are a repeat client.
